B.A. or Bachelor of Arts is aundergraduate-levelel course. The course can be pursued either as a part-time graduate course or full-time graduate course i.e. through distance education or correspondence depending upon one’s choice. Duration of the Course
The duration of the course is 3 years but in some countries like the Russian Federation, Scotland, Canada, Japan, the United States, etc it has 4 years duration. In India and other countries like New Zealand, Norway, Australia, Singapore some of the European Union countries, etc the duration of the course is three years.
Eligibility
A candidate who wants to take admission in BA should have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized Education Board with Science, Arts or Commerce stream with 50% of marks but the percentage may vary from institute to institute and from state to state.
