can I take admission for biomedical engineering without maths

As per the subject it would be beneficial for you to take maths as 3rd subject. But if you had PCB and you still you want to pursue it you could absolutely do so as many students opt for biomedical engineering though they had PCB just that they have to do some extra efforts as they didnt had maths.

Yes, you can take admission in biomedical engineering if you didn't had maths in your class 12th. The criteria regarding stream in class 12th is : The candidate must pass class 12th (or equivalent) with Physics , Chemistry and Maths/Biology.
but you cannot avoid maths in Biomedical Engineering itself.
