Taking admission through management quota at any branch varies from college to college, fee colleges accept management quota for example if you consider some government affiliated colleges or some private universities they accept management seats! But few private universities like VIT,BITS etc doesn’t accept management seats! And even if you are asking about delhi university, as it is a government university it doesn’t accept management seat/quota candidates!

Well,not all states ask for entrance exams. You can apply for Tamil Nadu's counseling which is purely based on board Marks. However , I would recommend you to rather appear for these entrance exams as these may help you get better colleges as well as reduce the chances of spending Ridiculous amount of money to get a seat under 'management quote' which isn't a good thing.

You can appear for SRMJEE if you seriously interested in B.Tech CSE as they usually are easy and moreover high percentage of people clear it.

No, you cannot.

Even in management quotas of private engineering colleges, it is almost impossible to get admission without appearing for an entrance exam.



I'm not saying you need to get a good rank or anything, you just need to appear.



But for a good college, you'll have secure a good rank as well.

Yes, you can take admission in B.tech in computer science  engineering by management quota.
