As you know the cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. As you haven't mentioned about your category and domicile it is not possible to say whether you get a seat or not. But the are rough chances for you to get a seat in management quota in the state quota seats.

I would like to tell you that as there are different cut off in NEET exam for different category students, it is difficult for me to tell you exactly about the admission. If you tell me which category you belong to I will be able to help you properly. Although as you have scored 250 marks, it seems that you will be able to get admission in BAMS course. But it depends on which category you belong to and in which college you are seeking admission in.
