Can I take admission in du 10th cuttoff if seats is close in course if I am eligible in 9th cuttoff .

Well i think that no you cannot take admission in 10th cut off seats are not vaccant and you are eligible in 9th cut off. Because in this case they will not provide you admission and they will say that why you did not took admission 9th cut off.
Well you can only try to do same.
