Can I take admission in engineering college through caste category if my caste is not mention of 12 marksheet but I have all caste document

Hello Shubham, first of all, caste is not mentioned on the mark sheet as far as CBSE is concerned (i don't know about other Boards). As you have passed the 12th it means that you must have given your caste details in your 12th registration form and even in the 10th registration form. So, there nothing about changing the caste or category if no change by the government is done centrally. it means that whatever category you have mentioned in 10th is going to be with you forever.

Yes you can take admission in engineering college through caste category. But when you apply to a particular engineering college there might be other criteria as well depending on the college you are applying.
