Can I take admission in hindi hons in du college even if I had not filled the application form in this course?

So basically the cut-off are decided on the basis of applications received. So already there will be a huge no. Of students waiting to get into that particular course. So it's doesn't seems possible that you can get into Hindi Hons without filling the form. Still you could login and check if there is any edit option available or just for being on safe side call at the DU helpline for better clarity.
