The candidates who have passed the Bachelor's degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 50% marks. Knowledge of Mathematics at 10+2 level is expected and will be tested for in the Entrance Examination are eligible for M.A in economics in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. So yes you are eligible. The selection in Master Degree is based on the Entrance Exam. The selection in Master Degree is based on the Entrance Exam.

the eligibility criteria for M.A in economics is as follows,
Bachelor’s degree (with 50% marks in aggregate) in the subjects: Economics (Honours) with Mathematics as a subsidiary subject; or Mathematics (Honours) with Economics as a subsidiary subject; or Statistics (Honours) with Economics and Mathematics as subsidiary subjects.
(ii) Any other Bachelor’s degree (with 60% marks in aggregate) with courses in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Mathematical Economics and Statistics.
The admission to the programme is through an all-India written test. The test is intended to evaluate the knowledge of candidates in micro-economics, macro-economics, mathematics, and statistics and some related subjects such as public economics and economic development. (Please see the Prospectus for details). Sets of previous questions papers for the programme can be obtained from the University at a nominal cost.
