Souvik, the School of Pharmacy was established by Techno India University in 2016 only. So, we can say that the institute itself is at the developing stage now. Although the facilities provided, faculty and placements offered here yet are somewhat satisfactory, you should go for Jadavpur University if you can.
Again, if we see the reviews of TIU students, even giving it a chance may not disappoint you. It may bring better opportunities in the upcoming years. What matters the most is your willingness to work hard afterall.
