I personally believe it is never too late.  There are umpteen number of options available.

Firstly instrospect on what interests you and what can you compromise on and what are your priorities. Dont rush.

There are umpteen number of options available. It is not mandatory for you to be qualified to be able to earn.I am unaware if you have financial dependencies
