Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Main) is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) to offer admissions into Engineering courses in various IITs, NITs, CFTIs and other institutions.
Candidates will now only need passing certificates in class 12th irrespective of the marks obtained in the examination (applicable only for 2021 session).

For B.E/ B.Tech, applicants should have passed classs 12th with at least of five subjects – Physics & Mathematics subjects as compulsory along with Biology, Hindi, or any other technical vocational subjects as optional subjects.

If you want to take admission in these institutes, you can do it with your JEE Main scores. You need not care about your 12th class marks, the only thing you need to ensure is that you have passed class 12th.
