No, you dont , for any thing to complete fashion design you have to 12 th degree . You dont need math so you can do your 12th with arts subject.

after 12th you can go for diploma course as well as bachelor degree too which is give you graduate degree . You can also go for diploma then you can go for bachelor degree.
