Can i take b.sc applied life science after 12th commerce (without maths) in Delhi university (DU)

You need to be 12th passed in science stream to apply for this course. Since, you are not from science stream, you are not eligible.

Hello Ashriti,
Since you are from a commernce background, you are not eligible to take any B.Sc courses.
As it requires you to have basic sciences in 10+2 level.
