No, as a commerce student, you are currently unable to enrol in B tech courses.
Physics, chemistry, and maths are no longer required for BTech eligibility, according to the AICTE. However, the AICTE has not made it mandatory for engineering colleges to grant BE/Btech admissions in accordance with this guideline. As of now, no institution has begun to offer btech courses in accordance with the new law because it is not mandatory for them.

This is because,
To be eligible for btech, you need to complete 10+2 with Maths, Physics and any one of the following subjects:-
Chemistry
Biotechnology
Biology
Technical Vocational subject
But being a commerce student, you would not have studied Physics etc and thus not eligible.
