Yes, you can do definitely B tech biotechnology even if you are a Biology i. e PCB student and you don't have math
But yes ,
Not all the college offers B tech biotechnology to Biology students.
For example,
NITs offer btech biotechnology, like NIT Calicut NIT Durgapur etc but you cannot get admission for B tech biotechnology in NITs as they offer admission through jee Main and it is compulsory to have studied mathematics in 10 + 2 to be eligible for JEE Main

You must have at least 50% marks in Maths in 12th and also 50% in 12th /equivalent overall.

Colleges like VIT etc offers B tech biotechnology to Biology students.
To be eligible VITEEE exam for btech biotechnology , one needs an aggregate of at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology in 12th board exam or 50 % in aggregate of physics chemistry maths/ biology is belongs to SC or St category
So, both Math and Biology students are eligible for B tech biotechnology in VIT .So being a Biology student you can pursue BTech biotechnology in VIT
