Students interested in the medical field or medical lab technology can enroll in the 3-year paramedical Bachelor of Science (BSc) Medical Radiography and Imaging Technology programme. The course gives students a thorough understanding of radiography and teaches them different techniques for photographing internal organs and body parts for clinical examinations. A minimum mark of 50% for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SCs/STs Categories in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry, and either Biology or Mathematics is required for the candidate to have passed or appeared in the 10+2 or equivalent examination (as applicable).
