No dear , you can not take direct admission in B.tech computer science and engineering programme . You need to qualify LPUNEST test for admission . The eligibility criteria is -  Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying JEE Mains^ or LPUNEST (https://nest.lpu.in/engineering/index.php) * or CUET . The  programme gives its graduates a competitive edge through robust curriculum and hands-on learning in niche technologies to develop competence which caters to the requirements of the industry. It primarily deals with the development and designing of computer software and hardware processes with strong focus on algorithms, programming languages, program design etc.

Hi,  there is no provision for direct admission in B Tech CSE. You will have to qualify entrance test that is LPUNEST.

B Tech CSE, a program that LPU is known for. It is very carefully designed to meet the global industrial needs, good faculty, and state-of-the-art facilities have left many reputed institutions behind.

The B Tech CSE program primarily deals with the development as well as designing of computer software and hardware processes with a strong focus on courses related to algorithms, computation, programming languages,  design, computer hardware, computer software, databases, operating systems, computer networking, etc. that is needed to build and solve problems using computers. The curriculum taught here is of international standard.

The maximum salary offered was 40 LPA and the average salary was 5.7lpa. Recently, an LPU student Tanya Arora got placed in Microsoft with 42 LPA this year.

There is no direct admission system in LPU. Everything is based on entrance test and merit-based.

Student has to get minimum eligibility mark in qualifying exams and need to crack LPUNEST entrance test also.
