Yes of course you can drop to prepare for neet but there are few things you have to keep in mind before you plan to drop :-

Plan everything, see that you want to do be a doctor in future or not, is this your ambition or not.

Give yourself a day or two and decide everything discuss it with your parents and other seniors.

Once you get determined that you want to drop and prepare for NEET then keep this thing in mind there's no going back.

• Enroll yourself in some coaching classes.
• Solve mock questions as much as you can that will boost your confidence.
• Make a study plan and stick to it.
• Donot let negatively and stress get the best of you.
