As far as I will IIIT Delhi does not offer any lateral entry into 2nd year but instead you could try DTU or IPU they do have admission for lateral entry the have special admission procedure for lateral entry in DTU you have 60 seats, you have to give a test LEET( Lateral Entry Entrance Test).

IIIT Delhi (Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology) does not offer any lateral entry course.
It offer B.E and B.Tech courses and the process of admission is done through JEE main score followed by JAC Counseling and UCEED rank.
