Of course you can do MCA after BSc. Chemistry . Indeed, MCA is a very good and standard course. Studying MCA will give you further knowledge about the core concepts of Computer Science. In fact, you will also get a better job if you choose this field. BSc. in Chemistry would not fetch you enough good jobs, but studying MCA will surely do, with good exposure plus better salary packages. For now, I would like to suggest you to choose a good university that can give you proper education, and has well-trained and helpful faculties, latest course structure, good industrial exposure, as well as good placements.
