Hello Aspirant,
The eligibility criteria for Bihar NEET Counselling is as follows:
The candidate must-
- be a citizen of India
- have qualified NEET 2020
- be a domicile of Bihar and should have passed Class 11 and 12 from an institute located in Bihar
In addition to this, a candidate can participate -
- who has completed his/her education from a state other than Bihar, but his/her parents are domicile of Bihar
- whose parents are employees of the Bihar Government
- whose parents are employees of the Central Government, currently posted in Bihar
If you fall in the above criteria, you can take part in the counselling process.

The states that are open for private colleges admission of outsiders(non-domicile holder)
Uttarakhand,Uttar Pradesh,Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal,Telangana, Karnataka,Bihar, Tamil Nadu, kerala and Pondichery.
You can participate in councelling of these states
