Can i take part in mop up round of wbjee 2019, in case is dont registered for its initial round.

Hello
Anyone who has registered for wbjee e-counseling and has successfully been allowed/not allowed in the successive 3 rounds of counseling would be eligible for the mop-up round.
If you are not registered then you are not eligible.
