I wish to inform you that the elegibilty criteria for the mop up round is that you should not get any seat in the first or the second round .And for applying in it ,you should be of the same state for applying in the government Collages of the Mop -up Round but you can apply for private collages in other state's Mop-up Round .
But you can apply for the Mop up round of the aiq without considering your state so it is the best option to go for.
