Can I take Physics, Chemistry, Biology, alongwith Maths as optional and be eligible for Jee?

Yes in such case you're eligible for both Jee Mains and Neet. Because according to the eligibility criteria of Jee Mains you need to have Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as your main subjects in class 12th along with a overall percentage as 75%, if you satisfy both the criteria then you're eligible to give the exam.

Hope it helps.

Thank you.
