Yes you can take one of your subject psychology even if you didn't studied in your plus two level.
Basically you have to clear the minimum eligibility criteria and that is you must clear the cutoff of that course in which you want to take the admission.
After clearing the cutoff you can apply for the admission in that course.

The concept of studying psychology in the high school in India is new . So it doesn’t matter whether you have studied it earlier or not. Anyway you are going to study psychology from the basic level in your ba program .
A Minimum score of 55% marks at 10+2 or equivalent level in any stream is required for BSc psychology, so even if you have not studied psychology in your +2 level, that will not be a problem for your admission here.
