Hello Aspirant,
No not at all. You are strictly not supposed to write anything on NEET question paper other than the required columns on first page of the question paper. If you write anything else on your question paper your name can be rejected from the list so kindly take attention for this, if you want to do some rough work you can do it on the sheets provided at the exam center.
