Can I transfer my fees from one nlu to another nlu(if I get a better nlu through vacant seat)?

Hi dear,
Transferring of seat is not possible from one National Law university to another national law university. You can take a refund of your deposited fees from that NLU university where you have already deposited the fees and can submit it to another NLU. But you have to confirm the procedure of refund policy.
