After pcb there will very low chance to get into commerce stream , if you want to pursue you should be get very strong with the basics of the commerce , accountancy ,finance etc

But after the pcb there will be a great way to get a graduation degree in commerce stream too

No you cannot choose bachelors of commerce, you will need accountancy, economics and mathematics marks. But you can pursue visual communication if you have interest in cine field and other related streams. If you are good at particular subject then you can choose bachelors in that particular subject. But there is no chance for a science stream student to pursue bachelors in commerce.
