You can merge the affidavit and category certificate in PDF format and upload it while registering for JEE Main 2022. As of now the notification for JEE Main 2022 is not yet released. Once it is released you can apply for it as per the given schedule. Here is the list of documents that you need to upload at the time filling JEE Main 2022 application form
- Scanned images of passport photograph and signature of the candidate.
