Hey ,
The process to apply for every session of Jee Mains needs to be done fresh . To apply to every session if you are a new student you need to register yourself first but if you are not new you need to lo gin into your account. After that you need to fill in the details again, upload the documents and submit the application form by paying the fees.
That's it.
So yes you can apply for reservation during your next session if you have your certificate with you.
