As in today's scene, almost every applications is filled online, so I strictly recommend you to attach ONLY the original sheets, as not attaching the original copies may allow the authorities to cancel your admission or registration or application at any stage.

Scan the original copies of your mark sheets as per the size given in the form and attach them.

Your original copies will not face any discrepancies, so you don't need to stress.

While applying for scholarship, you have definitely got the instructions about uploading your documents. If they are asking you to upload original documents then you can not upload Xerox copies. But if this is not specifically mention then you can also submit the Xerox copies.
