Can i use 2018 SC caste certificate in upsee 2019 counselling (I'm from UP) (as my caste certificate is permanent) ?

According to the rules you must present a caste certificate that has been made within 6 months of the date when you have to present your documents for verification. So, I would recommend you to get a new certificate made and then carry it along with you for verification. No explicit information is available about permanent caste certificate, so just to be on the safe side, get a new one made as the permanent one might not be accepted.
The Central Admission Board conducted the Uttar Pradesh Engineering Entrance Exam (UPSEE) on April 21, 2019. The answer keys have been released. The candidates have to apply via the online mode by filling the application form.
