Since you have not mentioned what institution or exam's admit card you are downloading, it is necessary to know that you have to provide the correct e-mail ID for admit card. The admit card will be sent to the e-mail ID you provide and you will have to take a printout of the admit card and present it at the day of exam. Do not just use any e-mail ID, use your own or the one you have access to.
