Yes , you can take admission on the basis of NEET score . As some colleges have their own entrance test for admissions into BSc courses but mostly, none of the colleges accept NEET score for admission into BSc courses.
So, based on your board marks you can directly apply for admission into BSc courses.

Actually, not required! The Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc. Psychology is that you must have studied 12th from a Recognised Board with 50% aggregate Marks. So, your NEET mark really doesn't have any role here!
