As per your query.. No!! You can not use you NEET 2019 scorecard to get admission in BDS in 2022. At the time of registration for counselling it will be required to fill you roll number and application number of NEET 2022, if you try to enter your NEET 2019 scorecard details it will not be able to fetch details and show you an error.

According to the officials of the Ministry NEET score card valid only for one year but for now it have been valid for three years for abroad student and it has been said that "This is being done to help students who might be living outside India and are willing to come back after becoming doctor"

Dear aspirant

Neet scorecard is valid for maximum three years that also only for admission in foreign medical Colleges. In India it's valid for just one year and you have to take admission in the same year which you have appeared for neet exam.

As you have given last in 2019, so as of now it's already three years over as neet 2022 also have been conducted.

So to be Frank you can't use your 2019 neet scorecard for anything now, not to take admission in foreign medical College also.
