The NEET exam is currently handled by NTA. According to NTA's guidelines regarding the thumb print, a candidate must upload left thumb print only excluding the exceptional cases. The exceptional case includes, if a candidate is differently abled and cannot upload the left thumb print, only then you can upload the right thumb print.
Also, if you have already uploaded the right thumb prints, then you can edit and upload your left thumb print during the correction window period which will be announced by NTA.
