National Testing Agency (NTA) has given a prescribed dress code and candidates must appear for the exam according to the mentioned dress code. Candidates should wear light clothes and avoid full sleeved clothes. NEET 2019 dress code for male candidates is as follows-
Male candidates should wear half sleeved shirts/t-shirts. Full sleeves are bot allowed and must be avoided. Candidates should wear light and simple clothes which means that zips, big buttons, pockets, should not be there. Kurta pajama is not allowed so trousers should be preferred. Also, candidate should wear slippers or sandals as shoes are not allowed.

Hii as per strictness and rules and regulations of neet you can't wear a Jean having various pockets you can wear a jegging or trousers will be cool else rings are also not allowed ed even there is a check on hairs too so be aware and good luck for your exam
