hi there Bikram,

from 2019 the agency conducting the JEE Main exam is National Testing Agency NTA,though there is no formal instruction on the dress code for the exam for footwear it is preffered that you wear slippers/open sandals.if you are planning to wear shoes do note that you will be asked to stand aside and your shoe/socks will be checked throughly.

Hi aspirant

Yes definitely you can.  Be be sure to compulsory carry admit card.

You cannot carry following items inside exam Hall

1. No food items are allowed

2. Wallet,  goggles,  handbag,  watch,  camera

3. Communication device like mobile phone,  Bluetooth,  earphones

4. No printed cheat of paper
