No you can't wear skirts for your NEET exam.You should stick to the dress code set by NTA according to which you are allowed to wear light and simple clothes with half sleeves only as full sleeves are not allowed.Tshirts are not allowed as well.Avoid clothes with embroidery,broaches,flowers, buttons and zips. You can wear either salwar or trousers only .Pairing dupatta with salwar kameez is not allowed .In footwear only slippers and sandals with low heels are allowed as shoes are not allowed Don't wear earrings,rings,nosepin, pendants either .Dont forget to carry ID proof along with your admit card .you should carry Nothing else other these two documents .Better stick to the set dress code to avoid running into unnecessary problems.
