No, you cannot apply for NEET with commerce stream, the reason being in order to appear for NEET you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria such as

Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and english as core subjects

PCB aggregate against one's respective category needs to be attained which has to be inclusive of theory and practical

• UR - 50%
• SC/ST/OBC - 40%
• PwD - 45%

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't give neet exam on the basis of class 12 Commerce as the student should be of science side to give this exam an you belong to commerce side even you will not be able to fill the form also. The subjects asked in NEET examsbelong to physics, chemistry and biology and you haven't studied the both in class 12.
