Can I withdraw my seat alloted in jossa last round and participate in csab without paying the participation fees?

Hello,
You can withdraw the seat in last round of JoSAA counselling. The seat acceptance fee that you have paid will be refunded to you after a deduction of Rs. 2,000. Candidates who have withdrawn the seat in JoSAA counselling are eligible to participate in CSAB special round. Such candidates need to pay the participation fee. Without paying the participation fee you cannot participate in CSAB counselling.
