Hello Fasu, yes after having a pay graduate degree in Cardiology, you could definitely apply for number of jobs over platforms like Naukri.com and so on. Also, you're eligible to practise your learning with due permission and license by the necessary authority.
It's both way you can choose to work, as a part time practitioner or full time too.
