So, with regard to your query, NO, you cannot write 1st year intermediate hall ticket number in the place of 2nd year intermediate hall ticket number. The application form will be rejected if you mention it in such a way. However, even before getting rejected the application won't be accepted if you provide the wrong hall ticket number.
