Hello Bharath....
NTA is conducting jee mains two times a year from 2019 for the benefit of students to get habituated for competitive exam pattern and help students to get good rank .
Students who write exam two times best of two is taken into consideration.
Yes you can write jee main two times in a year and best of two is taken for final rank list.
