As you know from 2019 JEE will be conducted by National testing agency ,twice in one year .and any student can give either any one phase or in both phase because your all India rank will be calculated by taking your best score .so I hope now it will be clear in front of you that you can give .thanks
Yeah definitely you can able to write the JEE MAINS paper 2 in your Second attempt that depends totally upon you. So don't worry about that. But if you write the JEE MAINS paper 2 in your first attempt also then it will fruitful for you only because during the time of counselling and calculating of percentile your best marks among both the attempts will be considered for making the JEE Mains rank.
