If you are under graduated from Btech then you are able to write for Clat Exam (http://studymeterials.in/clat-application-form-date-2020/)

Yes, you are eligible for CLAT UG. Any of the course stream can apply for CLAT.

But you will be writing CLAT UG not CLAT PG.
.
If you wanted to do PG you are not eligible for PG course a student must take LLm Course in graduation.

Now coming to your eligibility criteria,
- One should be 12th passed
- must secure 45% in qualifying examination and 40% if SC/ST
- No age limit
- no attempt limitation
