Hello,
In 2019 a candidate with OBC-NCL rank 6151 secured seat in University of Hyderabad in Computer science engineering in round 7. You have not mentioned your category rank. Cut off will slightly increase or decrease than the previous year cut off depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. So if you have secured the previous cut off rank then you have chances of getting seat in this university if not the chances are difficult.
