Hello,
The admission to IIIT occur through JoSAA which is the way through which NITs also admit students. In JoSAA counselling, the category marks are considered for all category members except General category. The ranks are not of JEE Mains but the one prepared by JoSAA authorities based on the candidates who all registered.
