Neet is one of the most appeared competitive exams for admission into mbbs or bds or bams or bhums or unani or vetenary.

As per your details, your marks really less to get admission into all india category as its one of the option after mbbs or bds which students preffer to get in.

If your rank would have been  10k within than your chance would be higher  to get it easily.

You can sit for counseling and give a try to it, but if you don't get better try for next year, you might end up getting mbbs in a good government college with low fees.
