Can interchange of seats from one medical college to other college under deemed university is possible ,if yes how it is

Well yes its possible but complicated too to change your seat from one medical collegw to another. But for that your both colleges should allow and agree for the same. Than you will have to give application to your current college and letter of no objection from both college. Also its depends on the seat availability in the new college.
So contact to colleges regarding same and follow all rules of migration.

Is it the rule that we have to submit the full fees of 5 yrs of mbbs then we can vacant the seat
